Paying For Your Chosen Services
Here at WildDogz we endeavour to keep our fees and prices as low as possible, however, even with rising fuel and transport prices, we are also in business to make a profit.
Much of our product range is discounted and in fact, we are usually able to offer better prices than some of the national pet superstores which we offer to help keep our overall costs down.
Please see our Essential Equipment page for a range of what we are able to supply from stock although generally, anything available in a pet shop is also available from ourselves on a to-order basis.
Being a small business, we are not able to offer credit facilities and all services are to be either pre-paid or paid at the time of your appointment.
We welcome Cash, still accept Cheques and will even take pre-payment via Paypal where you can use either a debit or credit card (a 3.5% surcharge may apply) - you don't even need to have a Paypal account, just click on the Orange Paypal button below, follow the instructions and enter the value on your invoice.
Our fees are "All-In" and excluding any equipment requirements, will not normally carry any supplements unless otherwise indicated or advised at time of booking.
All consultations are a Fixed Price.
All hourly charged services are charged per hour for the first 60-minutes and then per 15-minutes there after - with WildDogz you only pay for the time you use keeping our services fair and affordable.
Please note, whilst we do understand and tolerate a need to change appointments, which we will do without penalty, failure to attend a pre-booked appointment may result in you being charged for that appointment.
